Forest Bathing and Nature Connection
Celebrate nature in tranquility by spending time together in a beautiful woods, resting, exploring and mindfully re connecting with nature. Take time out to (re)discover the peace, joy, amazement and wonder which it offers!
Following the principles of the time-honoured Japanese art and science of 'Shinrin Yoku', I invite you to embrace the healing of mind, body and soul which it can nurture.
Why not join me, at one of my public sessions, sometimes collaborating with fellow forest bathing guides or other practitioners for longer retreats. Dates and locations for Summer 2026 events will shortly be published including Longstock Park Water Garden, Westonbirt Arboretum and other private woodland and garden spaces near to Salisbury and Winchester.
Dates for the beautiful, serene Water Gardens coming very soon and places will be limited!
